시공 내용은 휠도색 내용으로 블랙유광으로 작업을 해드렸습니다. 자세한 작업사진은 아래에서 설명을 해드리겠습니다. 차종은 산타페 입니다.
먼저 작업전의 모습부터 살펴보겠습니다. 보시는 것과 같이 휠에 상처와 기스가 많지는 않았습니다만 차주분께서 휠컬러가 마음에 들지 않는다고 하셔서 블랙유광 컬러로 도색을 해달라고 하셨습니다. 따라서 작업을 진행하면서 조금 상처가 난 부분 역시 같이 복원 작업을 진행해드렸습니다.
저희 원커스텀의 작업과정은 다음과 구성되어 있습니다. 먼저 휠을 탈거한 후 샌드블러스트로 색을 벗겨 냅니다. 그리고 휠표면을 연마합니다. 매끌겁게 만들어야지만이 도색시 접착이 잘 되기 때문 입니다. 그리고 나서 특수 프라이머를 도포 하고 베이스컬러인 블랙유광 컬러로 도색을 합니다. 그후 코팅, 열처리, 자연건조를 통해 완성하게 됩니다. 완성을 한 후 휠밸런스를 잡아 부착을 합니다.
