차종은 아우디A6 모델로 순정휠복원 시공을 해드렸습니다. 자세한 작업기는 아래에서 말씀해드리겠습니다.
먼저 시공전의 모습 입니다. 보시는 것 처럼 아우디A6 휠의 상태가 좋지는 않았습니다. 보시는 것과 같이 림주변, 휠 끝쪽에 상처들이 꽤 있었고 휠 컬러도 탁해서 차주분이 신경이 쓰인다고 하셨습니다. 상담을 해드린 후 순정컬러로 복원을 원하셔서 그에 따라 작업을 진행해드렸습니다. 저희 원커스텀은 작업은 이렇습니다. 먼저 휠을 탈거한 후 샌드블러스트로 색을 벗겨냅니다. 그후 휠 표면 연마를 하여 매끄럽게 만듭니다. 그리고 나서 프라이머를 도포하여 도색시 접착력을 올린 후 베이스 컬러로 도장을 합니다. 그리고 나서 코팅, 열처리, 자연건조를 통해 완성합니다. 무엇보다 중요한 것은 색의 배합입니다. 많은 경험, 노하우가 있어야지만이 가능한 부분 입니다. 최종검수 후 휠밸런스를 맞춰 부착을 하였습니다.
