시공 해드리는 차종은 벤츠 E220D 입니다. 어떻게 변화 했는지 자세하게 살펴보겠습니다.

시공을 하기전 차량의 모습 입니다. 입고 되었을 당시 휠에 상처가 많지는 않았습니다. 림주변에 살짝 기스가 난 것이 있었으나 차주분에 신경쓰시는 부분은 바로 컬러 입니다. 기존의 휠 컬러를 마음에 들어 하시지 않아 휠도색을 결정해주셨고에 상담 후 블랙무광 컬러로 하고 싶다고 하셔서 작업을 바로 진행해드렸습니다. 블랙무광의 경우 화이트 컬러의 바디에 굉장히 잘 어울리는 컬러이며 차량을 더욱 매력적이고 고급스럽게 보이게끔합니다.

작업 은 아래와 같이 진행해 드립니다. 먼저 휠을 탈거 합니다.타이어에서 분리시킨 후 샌딩 작업을 진행합니다. 고압모래분사기로 색을 전부 벗겨 냅니다. 그후 손연마로 표면 연마 처리를 하여 색이 고루 입혀질 수 있도록 면을 매끄럽게 만듭니다. 서페이서, 프라이머도포로 면을 잡고 도장을 진행합니다. 코팅, 열처리, 건조로 마무리 합니다. 최종검수 후 휠밸런스를 맞춰 부착을 진행합니다.
