먼저 작업전의 모습 입니다. 차종은 포드 익스플로러 입니다. 앞에 그릴 부분, 그리고 문의 몰딩 부분, 뒤에 디퓨저 부분을 블랙유광으로 도색을 해달라고 하셔서 작업을 해드렸습니다. 저희 쪽 용어로는 하이그로시 작업이라고도 합니다. 작업과정은 다음과 같이 진행 됩니다. 먼저 도색을 할 부분을 탈착 합니다. 그후 표면을 연마합니다. 연마후 특수 프라이머를 도포 후 베이스 컬러는 블랙유광 도색을 합니다. 그후 코팅 ,열처리, 자연건조 과정을 거쳐 완성하게 됩니다. 완성이 되면 완벽하게 건조후 부착을 하면 완성되게 됩니다.
